Tuna Poke



Our favourite menu ideas are often born in our home kitchen, Bambina Kitchenette.  Here we share our beginnings and loves with fresh flavoursome food.

This is Tuna Poke.  Inspired by a trip to Hawaii.


Chop Tuna fillet into cubes, drizzle with soy sauce and a good dash of sesame oil.  Set aside for 20 minutes or so.  Add a crisp salad of cos, coriander, avocado, tomatoes, radish, sprouts.  Serve with brown rice and plenty of limes to squeeze.  Now this is easier than collecting takeaways.
